Weeknights can be crazy when it comes to feeding your kids and our health clinics at the Lake of the Ozarks understand that. With all of the after school extracurricular activities, your kids likely have going on this year, it can be tempting to just run through a drive-through and get your kids something to eat because it’s convenient but that’s not always the healthiest option. Our Mid-Missouri health clinics are here to share a few healthy school night snack recipes we found online with you in this week’s blog. Your child’s health is important. To book an appointment with a Pediatrician at the Lake of the Ozarks you can count on, call Central Ozarks Medical Center today. All phone numbers and clinic locations can be found on our website at www.CentralOzarks.org.
