Through our Community Relations Department, we actively encourage and empower our employees to engage in meaningful ways—whether that’s through local events, youth programs, or volunteer opportunities that uplift children and families.
Each year, COMC contributes not just dollars, but heart. From donating to local organizations to volunteering time and talent, our over 200 employees step up to serve. Many of them lead by example, sitting on local boards, supporting civic clubs, helping in schools, and playing active roles in community organizations.
