Community Involvement

Faculty and Staff Give Back to Our Communities Through Involvement

We are a community healthcare provider, and our outstanding employees are the driving force behind Central Ozarks Medical Center and its award-winning ranking across the state. We want the cities and towns in which we live and do business to be better because we are here! That’s why we’re so involved in our communities. Not only are we committed to excellent healthcare, but we are also deeply invested in the community we call home.

Our Community Relations Department facilitates employee engagement efforts through which our employees take part in events and programs that strive to improve the quality of life for children and families.

In addition to monetary dollars, we give every year to local organizations COMC employees give of their time and talent to countless efforts in our communities. Our close to 200 employees are encouraged to serve as volunteers and leaders in the organizations we support. Many of our employees are on boards and committees, serving in the local schools, civic clubs, and organizations. We feel very strongly that it is our responsibility to make our communities better.
