Each year the Lake Area Chamber of Commerce presents member business awards in multiple categories. The Large Business of the Year Award is given to a large Chamber member business that distinguished itself with respect to both service and achievement.

The Lake of the Ozarks Regional Economic Development Council (LOREDC) offers an opportunity to honor persons/businesses in the tri-county region for outstanding contributions to our Lake area community.
2023/2024 Missouri Magazine, Missouri’s Best Award for Medical Center
Missouri’s Best competition gave the community an opportunity to vote for their favorites in more than 300 categories. COMC was voted Best Medical Center in 2023 and 2024.
Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition (PCMH) – 2023 Awardee
PCMH recognition has become a standard of care for HRSA funded health centers. PCMH recognition increase health outcomes, improve health equity, and lower costs for patients and health centers.
Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality – 2022 Awardee
Recognizes health centers that meet all criteria to optimize HIT services. Health centers must meet the following five criteria: Adopted an electronic health record (EHR) system; Offers telehealth services;
Exchanges clinical information electronically with key providers health care settings; Engages patients through health IT; and Collects data on patient social risk factors.
Addressing Social Risk Factors – 2022 Awardee
The Addressing Social Risk Factors badge recognizes health centers that are screening for social risk factors impacting patient health and are increasing access to enabling services.
