Osage Beach, MO – Central Ozarks Medical Center is pleased to announce that, effective June 1, 2025, the Boone Health Osage Beach clinic will transition to Central Ozarks Medical Center (COMC). This change is part of COMC’s ongoing commitment to strengthening access to high-quality healthcare in the Osage Beach community.

Patients can expect a seamless transition with no changes to their care team. The same trusted providers—Drs. Paul and Maria Bernabe—along with the dedicated staff that patients know and rely on, will continue to serve the community, now under the COMC name. Patients can expect to receive the same compassionate, expert care—just with a new logo on the door.
