How To Eat To Boost Your Immune System
There are a ton of foods that you can eat that can help boost your immune system and keep it strong during this difficult time. In addition to eating the right foods, you can exercise regularly, avoid smoking, try to maintain a healthy weight, and keep your stress level as low as possible. Some healthy foods that you can eat to help boost your immune system include, but are not limited to:
- Oranges
- Red Bell Peppers
- Blueberries
- Elderberries
- Acai Berries
- Watermelon
- Yogurt
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Broccoli
- Almonds
- Papaya
- Tumeric

COMC is currently offering COVID-19 testing at all medical locations. The health center is following CDC recommendations for testing and is not currently testing patients who aren’t displaying symptoms. The cost of COVID-19 testing is $51.31. For patients with health insurance, the cost of the test, and your visit is 100% covered by your health insurance carrier. If you are a self-pay patient, the cost of the test is covered on the sliding-fee scale as part of your visit.
