Meet Our Women’s Health Providers
Terry Krantz, FNP
Terry Krantz received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1979 from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa. She worked primarily in Obstetrics in hospitals across the country until she returned to school, graduating summa cum laude with the President’s Award for Scholarship in 2001 from Graceland University. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Terry is a recipient of the Higdon Award for Clinical Excellence. Her special area of interest lies in bridging cultural divides through the power of story. Her work in this field earned her an invitation to Sofia, Bulgaria where she presented a seminar by weaving an original parable to encourage the participants to reach for a higher level of wellness – resulting in women forming walking clubs across the city. She has found the arts to be a very useful adjunct in her approach to patients and enjoys finding this common ground with people from all walks of life.
When she is not at the clinic, she is a musician, a cyclist, a reader, and enjoys trying her hand at fly-fishing in the mountains of the West.
