Central Ozarks Medical Center Appoints DawnElyn Schneider as Chief Executive Officer

Richland, Mo. — The Central Ozarks Medical Center (COMC) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of DawnElyn Schneider as Chief Executive Officer.

Schneider has served as Interim CEO, providing steady leadership while advancing COMC's mission to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare throughout central Missouri. Following a comprehensive evaluation of her leadership and the organization's continued success, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Schneider to the permanent role of CEO.

"DawnElyn has consistently demonstrated the vision, integrity, and dedication needed to lead Central Ozarks Medical Center into the future," said Tom Reagan, President of the COMC Board of Directors. "Throughout her time as Interim CEO, she has earned the confidence of our Board, our leadership team, and our employees. Schneider has been an integral member of the COMC leadership team for many years, helping expand services, strengthen community partnerships, and improve access to care across the region.
