Kelvin E. Bailey, MD

Kelvin E. Bailey, MD, is a graduate of University of Kentucky Medical School.  He trained in Family Practice Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Obstetrics at the University of Kentucky Hospital.

Dr. Bailey has been practicing since 1996, the last 4 years at Central Ozarks Medical Center.  As a Family Practice physician, Dr. Bailey sees patients of all ages.  His interests within the medical arena are obstetrics, women’s health issues, nutrition, and insulin resistance syndromes to include diabetes.

Dr. Bailey is board certified in family practice medicine.

David Cathcart, MD


Lisa. L. King RN, ARNP-BC

Lisa King is a graduate of North East Missouri State University (Truman University) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  She continued her education at University Missouri-Columbia obtaining a Master’s of Science in Nursing as both a clinical specialist in pediatrics and a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

Lisa has been practicing as a Nurse practitioner for 30 plus years.  She has been with Central Ozarks Medical Center since 2008.  She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of both the American Nurses Association and the Missouri Nurses Association.  She is a volunteer for the Show Me Response Team.

When she’s not at the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and skiing.  You can find her anywhere outdoors whether it be horse shows or yard work. 

Lisa enjoys working with all age groups and finds her career very challenging and rewarding. 

Dan Schmidt, MD

Daniel M. Schmidt, MD, is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry.  He went on to complete his Medical Degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated Cum Laude and his Residency at Wesley Family Practice in Wichita, KS. 

Dr. Schmidt has been part of the Central Ozarks Medical Clinic group of providers for over 18 years.

Dr. Schmidt has been Board Certified in Family Practice with the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1986 to present.  He is also a member of Christian Medical and Dental Association.

In his time away from the clinic, Dr. Schmidt enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing golf, singing, and interacting with children who attend the Awana program at his church. 

Barton Warren, MD

Dr. Barton L. Warren graduated from Tulane Medical University in New Orleans in 1984. He completed residency at the Medical Center of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Warren has been practicing at Central Ozarks Medical Center for the last 31 years and specializes in family practice and obstetric care. He is board certified in Family Practice Medicine.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family( particularly playing “pirates” with his grandchildren), listening to popular music, and understanding life through faith and politics.


J.J. is board certified as both an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.  In 2015, she completed her Doctorate in clinical practice from Missouri State University, focusing on identification and treatment of osteoporosis in the rural internal medicine setting. 

J.J. has been in the nursing profession for more than 25 years with the past 10 as a nurse practitioner.  Her nurse practitioner experience has included cardiology, internal, occupational, and hospital medicine. She joined Central Ozarks Medical Center in 2016 and provides care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.

Ms. Jones maintains active membership with the Missouri Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, Society of Hospital Medicine, Missouri Hospital Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She recently had an article chosen for publication in the Orthopedic Journal of Nursing and was one of the conference speakers at the National Conference for Nurse Practitioners in May of 2016.

Sara "Ashley" Warren, DO

Dr. Ashley Warren has joined the Central Ozark Medical Center Richland Clinic. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She completed her Residency in Family Medicine at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO, where she was the Chief Resident. During her residency, she also completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine promotes health using both traditional medicine and alternative medicine.

She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for her undergraduate degrees, receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Biology, Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology and a Honor's Degree.

She completed medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCOM) in Kirksville, MO. She has a holistic approach to medicine and helps her patients improve the health of their mind, body and spirit. She enjoys all areas of medicine but considers her passions to be mental health, women's health (gynecology), pediatrics, Osteopathic manipulation (OMM) and Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Warren is an Ally to the LGBTQA community and considers her office a Safe Place for all people to receive care.

She is the niece of Dr. Barton Warren. Since deciding to become a physician, returning to practice at her hometown clinic with her uncle has been her goal . She is excited to be back in Richland. Her family has lived in the town since Reconstruction when her great, great grandfather, Captain H.E. Warren, helped to found the town.

Jamie Thomas, DO

Dr. Jamie Thomas is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who grew up in a small town in mid-Missouri. Dr. Thomas attended the University of Missouri as well as Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He continued his training in Springfield, MO, where he completed a three-year residency program. Dr. Thomas has extensive experience in the areas of family practice and Urgent Care. New patient appointments are now being accepted. We are honored and excited to have Dr. Thomas joining the COMC team.

Kristen Theobald, DO

Kristen Theobald, DO, is a graduate of Truman State University, Kirksville, MO, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine Kirksville, MO, as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Theobald completed her General Internship at the Moberly Regional Medical Center, Moberly, MO, and her Pediatric Residency at the Women and Children’s Hospital in Columbia, MO. 

Dr. Theobald has been the collaborating physician for Kids Harbor I and II since 2012 and most recently practiced at Moberly Regional Medical Center in Moberly, MO.  She joined the Central Ozarks Medical Center group of providers in July of 2015. 

Dr. Theobald is Board Certified in Pediatrics through the American Academy of Pediatrics, which she has been an active member of since 2006.

During her free time, Dr. Theobald enjoys golfing, swimming and spending time with her family.

Erin Rademan-Alonso, MSN, FNP-BC

Erin Rademan-Alonso graduated from University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career at Barnes Jewish Hospital where she worked in a trauma & surgical unit. She later attended Texas Tech University where she completed a Master of Science in Nursing and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

While attending Graduate school, Erin worked as a nurse in a level I trauma & surgical intensive care unit at the University Hospital in Lubbock, TX. She later worked as a travel nurse in the medical intensive care unit at St. Mary’s hospital in Jefferson City, MO. In 2017, Erin was a recipient of the Daisy Award, a nationwide program that honors excellence in nursing.

Erin joined Central Ozarks Medical Center in November of 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Laurie Sparr, DNP, FNP

Laurie graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Saint Louis University in May 2017.  The focus for her Doctorate was identifying the percentage of families in a federally funded pediatric clinic who reported not having enough food and helping to increase access to community resources for those families.  Laurie has worked in nursing for over 25 years in the areas of behavioral health, home healthcare, oncology, and case management.  

Lauri is an active member of St. Louis Nurses in Advanced Practice, Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Nurses Honor Society of Nursing, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  She has presented posters related to Food Insecurity research at St. Louis Nurses of Advanced Practice symposium and the Sigma Theta Tau convention in Indianapolis in 2017.

Lauri is originally from northeastern Montana and has lived in the St. Louis area for the last 25 years.  She has been married for 29 years with 4 children ages 24 to 16.  Lauri enjoys spending time with family, friends, baking, reading, and volunteering in the school and community.

Jillynn Hull, FNP

Jillynn started her nursing career as a RN working primarily in Med/Surg and Peds, and also worked for 4 years as a school nurse for Eldon. She earned her NP from Maryville University and has worked in family practice for the past 4 years. Jillynn lives in Eldon with her husband of 17 years, Ski. They have 3 children; Teagen is 13, and twins Tinley and Talon are 11. In addition, they have 2 dogs and a cat.

Terry Krantz, FNP

Terry Krantz received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1979 from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa. She worked primarily in Obstetrics in hospitals across the country until she returned to school, graduating summa cum laude with the President's Award for Scholarship in 2001 from Graceland University. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Terry is a recipient of the Higdon Award for Clinical Excellence. Her special area of interest lies in bridging cultural divides through the power of story. Her work in this field earned her an invitation to Sofia, Bulgaria where she presented a seminar by weaving an original parable to encourage the participants to reach for a higher level of wellness - resulting in women forming walking clubs across the city. She has found the arts to be a very useful adjunct in her approach to patients and enjoys finding this common ground with people from all walks of life.

When she is not at the clinic, she is a musician, a cyclist, a reader, and enjoys trying her hand at fly-fishing in the mountains of the West.

Elizabeth Ewers Teel, Ph.D.

Elizabeth Ewers Teel, Ph. D., received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She began her practice in Child Psychology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (based at Arkansas Children’s Hospital). She returned to MO to be close to family and began working with the State Department of Mental Health in a variety of positions; both clinical and administrative. She returns to COMC after a short hiatus with the Federal Government at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Children, Adolescent and Family Behavioral Health Services (CAFBHS). Dr. Teel will be providing her knowledge and expertise at COMC as Director of Behavioral Health Services.

Danette Harrington, LCSW

Danette received her Bachelor‘s degrees in pre-medicine and psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and the University of Louisiana.  She attended Concordia University for graduate training in School-Based and Christian Counseling and received her Master’s degree from the University of Nebraska in Clinical Social Work, majoring in individual and small group counseling.  

Prior to joining Central Ozarks Medical Center Danette practiced in an outpatient mental health clinic. Danette also worked as a medical clinical social worker with hospice, home health care, ER, nursing home and dialysis patients.

Danette started her career as a school social worker serving special education students. In addition, Danette started a therapeutic horseback riding program. 

Danette utilizes a service dog, Dollie, in her practice for those patients who desire to interact with pet therapy.  Danette spends time away from work on mission trips, including four in Afghanistan.

Michael Cundiff

A St. Louisan by birth and resident there for many years, Michael Cundiff moved to the lake area in 2013. He was drawn to the area by the beauty of the countryside and the friendliness of the people. Cundiff spent thirty-six years in high school settings most of which were as a counselor, followed by eleven years as an agency therapist. For recreation, family water sports activities capture Michael's fancy, but he also piloted his own plane for many years.


Desiree Malam

Desiree received her Bachelor's degree in Human Services and her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family.

Prior to becoming a part of the Central Ozarks Medical Center team, Desiree has served military families and implemented a counseling program through a non-profit organization that provided services to families and individuals. She looks forward to providing services to the communities that Central Ozarks Medical Center serves.

Desiree lives in the Waynesville area. She enjoys spending time outside, playing with her grandchildren and traveling.

Danielle Russell, M. Ed., LPC

Danielle Russell, M.Ed., LPC, is a graduate of Lincoln University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. After working in the mental health field for 9 years, Danielle went on to continue her education at Lincoln University obtaining a Master's of Education in Counseling.

Danielle began her career in mental health by helping teens who struggled with substance abuse issues. Since completing her Master's degree, she has been working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. She has been working in the mental health field for 16 plus years and is truly passionate about helping others.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, enjoying the outdoors, cooking, and gardening.

Linda Fowler, PMHNP-BC

Linda received her LPN from Waynesville School of Nursing, Associates degree in Nursing from Park College, Bachelor‘s degree in Nursing from Central Methodist University and her Master’s degree as a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner from University of Cincinnati. She is Board certified

Prior to joining Central Ozarks Medical Center, Linda practiced in an outpatient mental health clinic with the V.A. in Mount Vernon, Branson and Jonesboro, Arkansas. Linda also worked as a Psychiatric Nurse at the Fort Leonard Wood Mental Health Clinic and Mental Health Inpatient, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center. She has been a nurse since 1993 and specialized in psychiatry in 1995.

Her interests are spending time with family, love of animals, most outdoor physical activity, and gardening.


Oral Health Providers

Evan Reynolds, DDS

Evan Reynolds is an honors graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and the University of Tennessee-College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Reynolds joined Central Ozarks Dental Center in May of 2015.

Dr. Reynolds is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as a member of the Central Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association and American Dental Association and has a professional working proficiency in Spanish.

When he is not working in the clinic, Dr. Reynolds spends his time enjoying the many great fishing and hiking locations around the Ozarks, playing the piano and following his ill-fated Vanderbilt Commodore athletic teams.

Casey Page, RDH, CDA, EFDA

Casey Page joined the Central Ozarks Medical Center Dental clinic in February of 2018.
Casey attended Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO where she graduated with her Associates in Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting with expanded functions. She is passionate about caring for her patients and their oral health needs, bringing a comforting, gentle touch to her patient care. 

Casey is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and is currently serving as secretary on the Missouri Dental Hygienist’s Association state board. She is enjoying learning more about the professional organization and how she can be more involved.

Casey enjoys riding with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with their four beautiful children, two of which are twin girls! She is a very busy and proud mother!
